good vs evil question

Evil is created by Iblees. And Iblees was created by Allah .

Did Allah create evil indirectly i.e. through Iblees?

How do you answer when a disbeliever asks you the question: Why is there so much hate and evil in this world when Allah is supposed to be loving and good?

I tried looking for answers to this question here but could not find anything relevant. If someone could link me to previous threads or answer here, I would greatly appreciate it.
