I am new to the forum :)

I have a question about fasting, when i procrastinate days I must fast that i ddnt fast in ramadan , astaghfur Allah, and around a year passes by so I fast it the next year so its late . I know i must feed one poor person per non fasting day , but i know there are some details on the amount of food i should give ? can you please help me ?
